How to receive a quote
You can ask a quote through the "price request" form in each product page or directly sending an email to: info@ilpezzomancante.com or contacting us by phone at +39 055 3989901 or whatsapp: +39 392 600 4125. We usually answer within the next working day.
How to place your order
Each piece is made to order and to confirm the order a 30% non-refundable deposit (or 50% for custom pieces) is required. The deposit is used to reserve the raw materials in our warehouse for your order. As soon as we receive the deposit, we will send you the order confirmation. Once the order is ready for shipment, we will send you the invoice in order for you to proceed with the balance payment.
Payments
We accept the following methods of payment: wire transfer and credit card (this has 3% surcharge for bank fee).
Production schedule
The standard production time is approximately 8 weeks, depending on the items you selected. The estimated “ready for shipment” date is specified in the order confirmation. As soon as the order is ready, you will be informed. If you would like to receive pictures during the production process, to see how your piece is born, do not hesitate to ask.
Shipping
If you require us to take care of the shipment, we will send you the best shipment quote. The orders are shipped from Florence, Italy. All the products are carefully packed to comply with carrier requirements and they are delivered with the best shipping companies. Every shipment is insured.
After Sale Service
We provide full support even after your order has been delivered. If assistance is required for installation, we offer remote guidance through detailed instructions, video instructions, video calls with your installer or electrician. Should any issues arise with the product, we are available to resolve them promptly.
Our goal is to ensure proper installation and complete satisfaction with the final result.
